About Sid Ramotar

My journey began in the United States Marine Corps, where I learned resilience, integrity, and the importance of serving something greater than myself. Those lessons have stayed with me through every stage of my life and career.

After more than 20 years in banking and business development, I retired from the financial world with deep experience in strategy, relationship-building, and helping people reach their goals with confidence. Along the way, I discovered that what truly drives me isn’t just numbers or results — it’s people. I’ve always found purpose in guiding others, solving problems, and seeing individuals and businesses succeed.

Today, I’m proud to serve my community as a Glenville Town Councilman while beginning an exciting new chapter in commercial real estate. This next step allows me to combine everything I’ve learned — financial expertise, leadership, and a hands-on, people-first approach — to help those I work with make confident, informed decisions about their future.
