About Joseph Legnard

Joe brings a rare combination of commercial real estate expertise and 45 years of cross disciplinary experience in government, law, investigations, business, ethics, and management. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from Rockefeller College, along with degrees in sociology and paralegal studies.

Joe spent more than 30 years as an Investigator with the New York Court System’s Attorney Grievance Committee, where he handled complex professional misconduct cases. He later managed professional standards, mediation, and arbitration programs for the Greater Capital Association of Realtors®.

For 23 years, Joe has represented commercial and residential property owners, investors, and regional businesses in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate. His work is defined by thorough due diligence, market and regulatory analysis, strategic negotiation, valuation expertise, and hands-on support from first conversation through closing.

Outside his professional practice, Joe serves on the Board of Directors of the Lansingburgh Boys and Girls Club and volunteers as a firefighter with the Fort Hunter Fire Company.
