Matthew Hummel brings a rare combination of hands-on construction expertise, real estate investment experience, and local market knowledge to his clients. With over 30 years of experience in the refrigeration and commercial food service industry, Matthew has built a career rooted in problem-solving, precision, and understanding how properties function from the inside out.

Since 2001, Matthew has owned multiple multifamily income properties, successfully renovating, repositioning, and selling investment real estate. He is also the owner of commercial real estate properties and a service company specializing in the repair and sale of commercial restaurant equipment, which he has operated for over five years. His background gives him a practical, investor-minded approach to real estate, with a strong focus on both financial performance and long-term value.

Matthew holds an associates degree in Electrical Construction and Maintenance from Hudson Valley Community College. He is well-versed in working with local Zoning Boards and Planning Boards to secure proper permitting for new construction and renovation projects and has served as the general contractor on his own custom home build. This experience allows him to guide clients confidently through complex transactions involving development, renovations, and income-producing properties.

Born and raised in Saratoga Springs and currently residing in Queensbury, Matthew has deep roots in the Capital Region and a strong understanding of the local real estate landscape. Licensed since 2019, he has helped clients successfully buy and sell multifamily properties and enjoys collaborating with clients to transform properties to reach their maximum aesthetic and financial potential.

Outside of real estate, Matthew enjoys camping, spending time in the Adirondacks, and tackling hands-on projects. He values teamwork, transparency, and bringing creative solutions to every real estate challenge.
