About "Restaurant Randy" Ulrich

Randall Ulrich, known throughout the industry as “Restaurant Randy,” brings more than 35 years of restaurant, bar management, and business consulting experience to the real estate industry. After graduating from Penn State University, Restaurant Randy built a successful career managing and consulting for high-volume restaurant operations across the country.

Most recently, Restaurant Randy managed the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant company in Gulf Shores for more than 10 years. During his time there, he also served on the local zoning board and was president during the first two years of the Gulf Shores Oyster Festival.

In addition to his hospitality background, Restaurant Randy has over eight years of real estate sales experience with an award-winning brokerage, where he developed a reputation for delivering strong customer service, business insight, and results-driven guidance for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.

Restaurant Randy also owned and operated Sun Shore Staffing LLC, a company that provided J-1 international work and travel students to seasonal businesses throughout the region.

Today, Restaurant Randy is proud to be part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS® team. He specializes in helping restaurateurs, expansion-minded business owners, investors, and retiring owners buy, sell, lease, and position their businesses and commercial properties for long-term success.
