About Allen Halstead

Allen (formerly with Vantage Point Realty) is licensed to provide residential and commercial real estate sales service in New York and Massachusetts. He is a native of Columbia County and has lived and worked in Columbia County and the Albany/Capital Region of New York State. He is intimately familiar with these regions as well as western Massachusetts.

He has achieved the designation of the Graduate Realtor Institute which is a designation achieved by top performers in the Real Estate industry who have gone through additional professional training to provide the client with a dedicated quality of service.

Allen is a graduate of Florida State University and has been employed as a Construction Manager/Advisor for the past 20 years. This experience has enabled him to develop the skills required to work with customers and clients in a skilled, organized and timely manner. His specific expertise and knowledge in Commercial Construction enables him to assist buyers and sellers and in the commercial markets as well.

Allen also enjoys performing musically in the Capital District area. His understanding of the specific needs of artists & musicians has allowed him to assist many buyers in locating and purchasing a home that meets their needs.
