About Mary Stapleton

Mary started her sales career at 10 years old in Warren, Michigan and didn't look back... She started selling her toys and candy door to door to raise money for a boy who was in need of a kidney transplant. This speaks volumes as to the diligent, hard working, and compassionate woman she is today. Prior to her career in real estate, Mary attended the esteemed Tobe Coburn School on Madison Avenue and entered into the world of Fashion. Her achievements led her to Vice President of Sales for a leading Fashion Trend Forecasting Service which allowed her to experience another dream of hers which was to travel the world. She did just that by traveling throughout the regions of France, London, Germany, Switzerland, and Australia, which allowed her to develop many lifelong relationships that she still cherishes today. After several years based in New York City, Mary's family decided to pack up with their first baby girl and move up to Westchester, New York. She ended up selling her apartment on East 52nd Street herself and through that experience, found her true calling - Real Estate. Her passion for real estate led her even further north to the Hudson Valley where she has been consistently been a top producer in the region for the last decade. Always energized by a challenge,  Being on the buying and selling end in every market, Mary has an inherent sense for what her clients and customers command. Her understanding and knowledge of the market along with her high energy and enthusiasm, give her the ability to guide you through the transaction process seamlessly, making it an enjoyable experience along the way. Mary's life experiences, ability to listen, and hard work have led her to be successful in all areas of her life, most proudly as a mother of two graduates of Smith College, that she says have inspired her to strive for her own success the entire way.  Her daughter, Sarah Stapleton, has recently joined her team and is already making a name for herself in the real estate industry with a strong track record and impressive results!
