About Theresa Gil

Originally from New York City, Theresa has lived in the Capital Region for over twenty-five years. She has two masters’ degrees and a Ph.D. from SUNY.  Theresa teaches at a local college and has been nominated five times in the Who’s Who of American Teachers.

She comes to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS® (formerly Prudential Manor Homes, REALTORS®) with a passion for real estate and twenty years of buying and selling real estate as personal investments. She will give you the time, attention and knowledge necessary to ensure that you and your family can find the home that matches your unique needs and dreams. Theresa presently lives with her husband and their daughter in Slingerlands.
