She specializes in the Stockade District and historic homes, combining deep neighborhood knowledge with a client-first approach. Mary currently serves as Chair of the Assessment Board for the City of Schenectady’s Zoning Board of Appeals, sits on the Executive Board for Better Community Neighborhoods, Inc., is Vice President of the Board for The Ring of Hope, and serves on the Finance Committee for Habitat for Humanity in Schenectady. She previously chaired the Mayoral Task Force Committee for the Real Estate Community.
