About Karen Westman

Raised in Maine and coming from the teaching profession, Karen was the startup manager for Berkshire Hathaway Blake's Columbia County office in 2005. In 2010, with vast knowledge of the Capital District and Columbia County areas, she also took on the management of the Rensselaer County office in North Greenbush. Both offices have consistently been in the top four for their respective areas. Karen holds a license in Maine, New Hampshire and New York. In 2017, it just made sense for Berkshire Hathaway Blake to be in the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Karen and six agents now hold their Massachusetts licenses. Karen is creative, enthusiastic and truly loves helping agents become the best they can be.  Also in 2017, Karen was awarded the prestigious Samuel L. Blake Award for Berkshire Hathaway Blake.
