With 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lauren Baxt serves as President of Property Management at Howard Group Management Co., Inc. in Albany, NY. She oversees a diverse portfolio of retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use properties throughout Albany, Saratoga, Columbia, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Schoharie, Greene, Fulton, and Montgomery counties. In addition to her leadership role, Lauren is a licensed commercial agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, Realtors and an active member of CIREB and the New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS®. She also holds a Part 36 Receiver Certification through the New York State Unified Court System.
