About David Page

David has been involved in real estate for over a decade as an owner of commercial and multifamily properties.  His interest in real estate began when he purchased a commercial building for his wife’s dental practice in Schenectady in 2013.  His experience as a property owner and real estate investor positions him well to guide clients on the purchase and sale of commercial properties drawing from his personal experience negotiating deals and managing properties and tenants.  David also has a background in construction and engineering in commercial, residential, and municipal sectors.  He has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.  David is excited to be a part of the Berkshire Hathaway team and looks forward to building relationships with our team and our clients in the Commercial Division.  When not working in Real Estate David enjoys his involvement in the community coaching youth basketball and baseball and as member of his district’s school board.  He values the time he spends with his wife Erin and their two children Jacob and Angie playing sports, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time at their property on Sacandaga Lake.
