About Howard Carr
Howard Carr has a diverse background in brokerage, and development of retail and residential projects throughout the Northeastern US. He started his career in New York City, and since 1971 has been a principal in three companies headquartered in Albany, all devoted to the commercial brokerage and development disciplines. As a past president of the Albany County Board of Realtors, New York State Commercial Association of REALTORS, and Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Brokers, Inc., he continues to remain on the cutting edge of development initiatives, and helping companies solve their real estate needs. A graduate of Long Island University and the New York University Real Estate Center, he currently serves as New York State Government Affairs Chair for the International Council of Shopping Centers.
