About Stephanie Swald

The Capital Region has been our home for the last 20 years. We raised our family in Schenectady and are now settled in Corinth. The Adirondack area is our favorite place to be.  After going through six real estate transactions of our own within two years I realized the importance of having a resourceful and knowledgeable team navigating through one of life’s most significant decisions. 

Each person I interact with is precious and deserves the best care I can give. Real estate isn’t just a job but an opportunity to bless others in finding the perfect place for their situation. It is my goal to be there for you each step of the way making the process as smooth as possible with clear communication between clients and all parties involved.  It is important to me that we can build a lasting relationship on the journey of helping you achieve your home ownership dreams. 

When not working on real estate I run a balloon business, explore nearby mountains, go kayaking, am involved in our church in Glens Falls and enjoy working on projects on our home and helping our children with their homes.
