About Marie Tracey

Marie is a Capital District native through and through, and recently retired from a successful career in sales as a food broker, where she honed the art of negotiations and client services. Her 25 years as a vital intermediary helped her become a dedicated partner and trusted advisor to her clients, providing them with deep industry connections and expert knowledge of market data and trends. She is now transitioning her expertise to her true passion: real estate. She has always loved the unique character of our area, and has had a lifelong interest in architecture and interior design. She is eager to help people see the “good bones” and hidden potential in a property.

Marie has lived in Delmar for the past 27 years, raising her three kids, who are now off living exciting lives in Albany, Florida, and South Carolina. She is a grandmother to two beautiful children, and enjoys spending time working in the garden, cycling on the Rail Trail, or walking the neighborhood in the early morning hours.
