About Sarah Stapleton

Sarah has been a fly on the wall in the real estate industry since she was five years old. She knew a colonial from contemporary before even having her first cell phone. Thanks to her mother bringing her to open houses and inspections when a babysitter wasn't available, Sarah was able to see countless properties and start getting a lay of the landscape growing up across Columbia County and the Capital Region. Passionate about quality service, timeliness and trust, and enjoying the journey along the way, Sarah is eager to guide you through the transaction process and help you reach your property goals whatever they may be. 

Sarah graduated with a B.A. from Smith College in 2021 where she was an NCAA Division III dual-sport athlete. She brings a people-first mentality and energized commitment to reaching any goals you set out together. 

Professionally, Sarah worked her way up to become a Senior Sales Advisor at a marketing corporation within 8 months, was selected to serve on the Board of Trustees at Smith College, and currently strives to expand social justice as a Development Associate at the Urban Justice Center in New York City. Growing up in the region, she has explored much of what the area has to offer and can't wait to share it with you. Commuting into the city weekly, she is available to schedule a chat over coffee, virtual meeting, or property showing anytime you need.
