About Erwin Premchan

Raised in a construction family, Erwin was born in Suriname, a small Dutch nation in South America. His family moved to New York when he was 14 in order to take advantage of the better school system in the United States. He attended public high school at Schenectady High and graduated in 2013. Right after high school he continued his education in Marketing at Siena College and was the first in his family to graduate from college in 2017. Today he works full time at OOMDO, a marketing agency in Albany, NY. Erwin also works part time as a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS. In his spare time he can be found working on a new construction project.

Working in his family construction business allowed him to develop a passion for real estate. He prides himself on the work he puts into all his projects and loves watching a project go from start to finish and the satisfied look on his client’s face.
