With a solid foundation built on over two decades of experience in the multifaceted realms of the Investment Banking and Finance industries, I’m thrilled to introduce myself as your trusted partner in your real estate journey. From US Equity Trading Floor to Investment Banking Capital Management & Planning, Private Wealth Management, Risk Management, property preservation and management, business consulting to most recently, Cyber-Security Division at the oldest banking institution in the United States, my career has been a journey of continuous learning and achievement. And now, with my wealth of knowledge and strategic insight, I’m channeling my expertise into the dynamic world of Real Estate.

My transition into real estate services marks the natural and inevitable convergence of my two passions: real estate investment and helping individuals and families navigate the property market. I pride myself on delivering a client- centric approach that seamlessly aligns with your real estate aspirations.

As a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson and proud member of GCAR and The National Association of Realtors, I’m uniquely poised and equipped to guide you through the intricacies of real estate. It is my belief that being equipped with knowledge, access to resources, experience, and the ability to apply these synergistically and strategically is a most valuable arsenal in accomplishing one’s goals. I began acquiring properties a few months before the now infamous 2008 housing crisis. I was in uncharted territory and learned the hard way during the process, the invaluable qualities one needs in a great realtor. In September of 2008, my family experienced the hardships of when a two-income household loses all income. Despite two different careers in different industries, both were equally impacted and forever changed due to the housing crisis. With two little ones entering kindergarten and 1 st grade, respectively, failure was not an option. Through no easy task, I equipped myself with the necessary knowledge to assess the market, analyze trends and strategically pivot during the crisis, forming a property preservation and management company with the conservative goal to replace both lost incomes. I exceeded that goal.

I was born and raised in a small town on a little island in the Caribbean. I moved to New York where I completed my primary education in Brooklyn, NY and majored in Psychology at Brooklyn College. Every opportunity, challenge and experience has shaped me into the individual I am today. I believe in having a strong work ethic and ones willingness to truly listen to learn. I’m passionate about helping others and have had the honor of doing so through volunteering, mentoring, passing on knowledge and empowering informed decision-making skills from a young age. I have seen the impact it has made in many lives, including my very own.

When I’m not doing-, thinking-, dreaming-, reading- or talking about real estate, I love spending time with my family, baking, fly-fishing, printing 3D-models of quaint little towns, drawing floorplans, crafting and learning new AI software.
