I grew up in Troy and presently live in the Averill Park area with my family.  I love living in the Averill Park area because of the country feel but proximity to amenities and highway.  Some of my favorite places near my town are the East Greenbush Town Park and the Schodack State Park.

I have a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nutrition from the Sage Colleges and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University at Albany.   For the past 20 years I've worked in the Healthcare Industry in acute care and home infusion.  I bring many skills from my 20+ year career in Healthcare to my Real Estate business.  My experience in customer service, quality, communication; my ability to be resourceful and negotiate through a process helps me to be successful for my clients.  I value open communication and believe it is important to have a respectful and trusting relationship with my clients.

I pursued my real estate license in 2014.  My husband is a new construction Builder, specializing in custom, single family homes and being a real estate agent I am able to help him market and sell his homes.  I enjoy working with people and helping educate them through a process.  Buying and selling real estate involves many steps and I enjoy being a resource for my clients. It's rewarding to see the look on a buyers face when they realize they've found the perfect home and to facilitate the excitement for a seller who is able to move on to the next phase of their lives.
