He has a three-unit rental property in Menands, NY that he manages and maintains and has been helping his parents maintain their multi-site rental portfolio for nearly two decades. It brings Josh great joy to keep up with the family legacy of owning and maintaining investment properties. 

Josh has an MBA with a concentration in Strategy and leverages a keen attention to detail from nearly a decade of experience as a NYS auditor.
