About Kristi Burdick

I grew up in Hoosick Falls, stayed within the surrounding areas after high school and now call Grafton home. After high school, I enlisted in the NY Army National Guard for 6 years. During those years, I worked full time and started my family while earning my Associates Degree in Business Administration at Hudson Valley Community College. After managing a local convenience store for several years, it was time for a more fulfilling career. I spent a year home with my kids as much as possible and worked alongside my husband in his excavation business. During that time, I quickly learned about the “unseen” things on different properties, from building lots, drainage, driveways, septic systems, foundations and even some interior construction.

My love for real estate started in high school where I spent much time in a local real estate office and was first exposed to the buying and selling process. I immediately found excitement in all things home, from cosmetic facelifts or full remodels to buying and selling. After buying and selling several times myself over the last 10 years, I finally purchased my forever home. Not long after, I realized I didn’t want to stop the search but would take it from a new angle, helping others buy and sell. I'm excited to start this new venture and look forward to working with buyers and sellers surrounding my local area as well as the capital region.
