Nell Fodera views each client as a new found friend. She helps make their dream a reality, whether it be buying or selling their home. A resident of Clifton Park for over 30 years, she has lived and worked in the areas surrounding Albany, Troy and Schenectady. She values building her business on referrals and satisfied clients. Most important to Nell is providing the most excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Nell is comfortable selling homes in all price ranges from starter homes and high-end properties to condominiums. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home.

When Nell is not marketing a home or finding that perfect one for her clients, she loves to travel, play tennis, golf, ski, oil paint, throw pottery on the wheel or plant yet another perennial in her garden.
