About Christina "Tina" VanDerwerker

Tina is a full time, licensed Real Estate Associate Broker. As a previous Occupational Therapist, certified senior real estate specialist and seller representative specialist, she loves helping clients downsize and be able to provide resources to move on from their home into the next home or situation that is best for them. She prides herself on listening to their needs and helping them through every step of the process. Tina is also an accredited buyer's representative so she loves to help homebuyers find the perfect home for them. Tina lives in Ballston Lake with her husband Dave. Her son Tyler lives in Ohio and uses his Criminal Justice degree to work in a residential facility geared toward rehabilitation of inmates. Her daughter Rachel works as a Social Worker in Massachusetts and Dave’s daughter Sarah works as a social worker for Saratoga Center for the Family in the Shenendehowa school system.
