This was a difficult situation as the sale of the house occurred just before my brother passed away. Darlene worked with the buyer to keep them involved while we waited for legal issues to be resolved. While we waited she kept an eye on the house, arranged for snow removal, coordinated cleaning and some minor rehab. Her work and attention to detail was amazing. She went way above and beyond for us. With NY state Covid restrictions delaying the estate closing and the sale of the home of our late brother, she kept the buyer informed, regularly checked on the empty house for us (we all live out of state) and made sure it was plowed out during the winter months. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market. I can't say enough how grateful we were to have Darlene as our realtor at such a difficult time for us.
