A native of Delmar, Joan now lives in Saratoga Springs and had a fulfilling career in law-office management before transitioning to real estate about a dozen years ago. She knows just the right questions to ask to help a buyer hone in on what is most important in a new home and a new neighborhood. For both buyers and sellers, Joan’s attention to detail ensures all home transactions are finalized without a problem.
