- Free Capital Region Relocation Information-We will send a “Welcome Kit” packed with valuable information on the area and tailored to your individual needs.
- Area Tours – Personalized tours based on your area of interest can be scheduled to help families determine which community they may want to call home.
- Home Finding Assistance – Our Relocation Director provides personalized counseling and works with branch managers to choose the right real estate professional to meet the special needs of the client. Each of our Realtors is Relocation Certified through special training to better assist the client and is skilled in home search, providing current mortgage information and furnishing assistance from contract to closing. You can also engage a real estate professional as a buyer’s agent. A buyers agent acts solely on the behalf of the buyer.
- Home Marketing Assistance–A Certified Specialist will be chosen based on their expertise and knowledge of the local market. They will provide you with a no charge Comparative Market Analysis and a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Rental Assistance – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, Realtors® has access to an extensive inventory of rental properties and we can arrange showings of these properties upon request.
- Group Move Services – We can help plan, manage and execute group moves for large or small companies.
- Transportation Coordinator – We can arrange for quotes on coordinating a move of household goods though our Complete Home Services.
