About Brian & Susan Spindler

Brian has over 33 years of full-time residential real estate experience in the Capital Region. During this time, he has successfully serviced his customers’ real estate needs through both strong and soft markets. Brian has also completed many hours of advanced real estate course work and has attained CRS (Certified Residential Specialists) and GRI (Graduate of Realtors Institute) certifications. In addition to resale experience, Brian is well-versed in new home sales having been a site coordinator of many area developments. This experience has honed Brian’s ability to smoothly handle the many details involved in all home sales.

The Spindler Team was formed when Susan joined Brian in the business after careers in retail banking and education. Together, they are able to provide much more responsive, effective, and personalized real estate services to their clients than if either were working alone. They take pride in the quality of their service and skillfully handle all of the complicated details involved in real estate transactions.
